Line a baking tray with baking parchment. I’ve topped this bowl with the tofu in miso and tahini sauce to make it a complete meal and used the left over sauce to cover the roastvegetables, adding not only flavour but all the goodness contained in miso (probiotics amongst other things) and tahini (calcium rich)

Once the vegetables have gotten golden brown, and the sausages are pretty much cooked through a mix of marmalade and a few other bits gets spooned over the sausages and they get roasted again, until the sausages are glazed and finger licking tasty good
