  • 4 cups rice (preferably left over or day old rice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked/leftover meat
  • 2 Chinese sausage sliced diagonally
  • 1 medium diced carrot
  • 1/3 cup green peas
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 small minced onion or 3 stalks spring onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
