Season with the dried herbs and add the chili flakes, if using. When I was in Manila, my sister cooked a yummy tunapastawith a creamy sauce and the other day I suddenly had a strong craving for it
So one of the first dishes, almost automatic, is making pastawith the sundriedtomatoes. But my sister was expecting a creamy sundriedtomatopasta, something akin to the rigatoni alfonso that we love from Cibo (but we use stewed tomatoes for that)
Ilagay una ang paminta, bawang, casheiw nuts at olive oil saka isunod ang iba pang sangkap. Ito ang pasta dish na niluto ko nitong nakaraan kong kaarawan
I also decided to pan grilled the remaining tortilla wrapper I bought weeks ago to go with my pasta. I simply drizzled it with olive oil and pan grilled it for few minutes
Pick a few basil leaves for garnish, then rip off the stalks and put the rest of the bunch into the processor with the almonds, Parmesan, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice • Squash in the unpeeled garlic through a garlic crusher • Blitz until smooth, adding a ladle or two of cooking water from the beans to loosen, then season to taste • Slice the lasagne sheets up into random handkerchief shapes and add to the beans to cook for a couple of minutes • Halve or quarter the tomatoes, add to the chicken and give the pan a shake
It was overwhelming at first and I didn't think I'd be able to cook anything but with some research and a little creativity - it's not impossible to live this way, actually
Pour over pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Add tuna, salt and pepper. mushrooms and tomatoes. 2 cups tomato sauce. 2 184g century tuna chunks in vegetable oil, drained. 2 cups tomato sauce. 184g century tuna chunks in vegetable oil, drained
Like what I've said, I used San Marino Tuna Fillet in Water and aside from adding a bite to the dish, compared with using tuna in vegetable oil, this has a just a little or hint of the fishy taste of tuna, which I find more enjoyable
