  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1- Using a mandoline or sharp knife cut sweet potato into thin slices.
  • 2- Place the slices on dehydrator trays without overlapping. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt.
  • 5- Store in airtight container.
