Ingredients

  • 1 piece of Lapu-lapu fish
  • 1 cup of oil, canola or vegetable
  • ½ cup of flour
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 8 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pc thumb sized ginger, julienned
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 pc green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 pc carrot, julienned
  • 1 pc onion, cut into 4 parts 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
