Ingredients

  • 500 grams of penne pasta
  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • 250 grams of mussels
  • 250 grams of squid
  • 1/2 can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of crab fat
  • 2 tablespoons of good olive oil
  • 7 olives, each piece sliced into 4 parts A handful of capers
  • Chopped onions
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Basil and parsley
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of Spanish paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
