Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 300 g button mushrooms
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 cube
  • 1 ½ C. warm water
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 T water
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • ½ C of low fat milk and
  • 1 clove of garlic
