Ingredients

  • 2 pcs large Salmon heads, slice into halves at the middle
  • 1 pack fresh bokchoy leaves
  • 1 pack Sinigang sa Sampalok mix
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup red onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsps ginger, sliced thin
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced small
  • 2-3 fresh red or green chili peppers
  • 2 tbsps patis (fish sauce)
  • 6-8 cups of water (or rice washing)
  • 1 stalk fresh spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsps olive or cooking oil
