  • 3 lbs of boneless chicken breast
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons
  • of olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 head of Romaine
  • 19 oz can of kidney beans – or your choice of beans –
  • drained
