  • 500 g of potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 ounces)
  • 85 g of broccoli, cut into small florets (about 1 cup of florets)
  • 2 poached salmon fillets
  • 1/2 lemon, plus extra wedges to serve
  • 3 minutes Drain well and then allow to steam dry
