This is my simple to prepare siomai recipe made with pork and shrimp. ground pork. Siomai is a famous Chinese dumpling dish and now also famous among us Filipinos
Siomai as we all know is a small dollop of chopped pork meat and shrimp wrapped in a thin sheet of wanton wrapper can be found in all corners of the Philippines

Using a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, onion, spring onions, carrots, sesame oil, mushroom and egg, Season with the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and black pepper

Put the ground pork and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After it boil, adjust the heat on low and let it simmer for 20 minutes or till the pork is tender. 1 lb ground pork
