  • 15 calamansi juice / 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup potatoes (cut into square)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 kg Pork
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • pineapple chunks/tidbits
