Perfect for Valentine's Day dinner. I usually serve this with mashed potatoes and gravy, but this will go well with oven roasted Brussels sprouts, salad, mixed veggies, green bean casserole, or any side dish of your choice
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt butter. Add garlic, cream, pepper, and salt. Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 8 minutes
The chicken was already cooked after it was steamed so you can serve the chicken as it is, the only thing to do is to carve the meat and serve it with potato or with rice as well as with your favorite dip
