Oven Baked Pork Spare Ribs With BBQ Sauce

  • 15 minutes Yields
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce of your choice (I use KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce)
  • 3. Cut two more sheets of aluminum foil long enough to cover the entire ribs
  • 4. In a small prep bowl, mix together salt, ground pepper, and garlic powder
  • 6. Wrap the ribs with the foil and seal the edges
