Ingredients

  • 250 g [1 cup] unsalted butter - softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - sifted
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour (for dredging)
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups porridge oats
  • 1 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup finely chopped apricots
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped white or milk chocolates
