Ingredients

  • 2.5 – 3 lbs beef hocks, washed, cleaned and cut into serving pieces.
  • 1 can unripe jackfruit
  • 3-4 stalks pechay leaves, cut and washed
  • 1 bulb garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsps minced ginger
  • 3 pcs medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 stalks spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • tanglad leaves
  • 2 pcs beef flavor bouillons
  • 3 pcs fresh chili peppers
  • 1 pack sinigang sa sampalok powder
  • whole peppercorns
  • water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil
