Ingredients

  • 1 kilo pork
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 kilo cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1. In a pot put the meat, water, black pepper, ginger and onion, bring to a boil then simmer until the meat is tender.2. Add the cabbage and salt to taste then simmer until done.3. Serve it hot with rice.
