Ingredients

  • 15 minutes Cook Time
  • 2 pounds pork picnic or belly, cut into
  • 1 small calabasa, peeled, seeded and cut into
  • 1 bunch pechay, ends trimmed and leaves separated
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper corns, cracked
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 8 cups water salt to taste
  • 5 minutes Lower heat, cover and cook for about
  • 1-1/2 hours or until pork is tender
  • 1/2 cup increments as needed to maintain about
  • 7 minutes or until tender yet firm
