Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pork bones
  • 2 large red onions, quartered
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp peppercorns
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 kg pork riblets
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, quartered
  • 3 saba bananas (cardaba bananas), cut in
  • fish sauce
  • fish sauce
  • 2 litres water
  • 1. In a deep pot add pork bones, onions, celery stalk, carrots, peppercorns, salt and enough water to cover everything
  • 5. Bring the stock to a boil, once boiling bring heat to medium
  • 9. Season with freshly ground black pepper
