Ingredients

  • Mga Sangkap
  • 1/2 kilo Fresh Lomi Noodles
  • 1/2 kilo Sotanghon Noodles
  • 250 grams Squid Balls (cut into half)
  • 300 grams Pork Liver (sliced)
  • 5 cups Chicken or Pork stocks
  • 1 pc. large Sayote (cut into strips)
  • 4 pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 5 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 pc. large Onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
