Ingredients

  • 500 grams spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
  • 500 grams boneless chicken breasts, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon dried chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, roasted
  • 1 medium-sized leek, sliced thinly
  • 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil for stir frying
  • Optional new ingedients: 2 tablespoons honey and cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
