Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1 1/2" strips
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 lb pork liver, cut into 1 1/2" strips
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 medium carrots, sliced into 1" strips
  • 1 cup sweet peas
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1" strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
