Ingredients

  • 400 grams pork
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon
  • black ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 pieces dried bay leaves
  • 3 minutes then add water and vinegar then simmer for
  • 15-20 minutes until the pork is tender
  • 5 minutes Allow the liquid to evaporate to thicken the remaining sauce.
