Ingredients

  • Ingredients for 4 servings
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 150 grams sotanghon
  • 1 small head broccoli ( separated)
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 4 leaves of cabbage ( sliced)
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 100 grams de-shelled shrimps
  • 100 grams chicken breast (slice to your desired size)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
