Ingredients

  • 100 g ginger
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Maille Mustard with Honey
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Maille Mustard with Honey
  • 290 g tin blackcurrants in light syrup (reserve the syrup)
  • 2 tbsp Maille Red Wine Vinegar with Dijon Blackcurrant Liqueur
  • 3 tbsp syrup
  • 4 tbsp icing sugar
