  • 1/2 kilo Pork Liver (sliced)
  • 1 cup Cane Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cup Mang Tomas Sarsa ng Lechon
  • 1 head Minced Garlic
  • 1 large Onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Freshly crack Black Pepper
  • 4 pcs Siling Pang-sigang
  • 2 pcs Dried Laurel leaves
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
