Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 head of Romaine (Cos) lettuce, washed, dried and sliced crosswise
  • 4 slices of cooked streaky bacon, cut into slices
  •  
  • For the dressing
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 245 g low fat Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
  • 90 g finely grated Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
  • salt to taste and freshly ground black pepper
