A perfect word to describe this good food dish - HOT. My personal preference for this good food dish is a lot spicier (having the liking for spicy foods) but you can cook it according to your good taste (palate preference)
Many Filipinos cook humba without rendering the pork fat, and that is okay. Humba (HOOM-BAA) is a Filipino dish similar to adobo, and popular in central part of the Philippines, particularly among the Visayan speaking people
♥ On the same pan, Pan fry the marinated beef (without the remaining marinade) until cooked. My own version is like a combination of Pork Steak and Bistek Tagalog, plus with lots of white onions and that oily sauce
OK, I'm literallymouth-watering while writing this post. Also, I used Sprite in this particular recipe of marinade to add a little sweetness and helps to tenderize the meat
As the recipename implies, it's really refreshing. It really is summer. Speaking of summer outings and swimming, this recipe is perfect for this occasion
I hope you like this recipe. I just saw the salted egg (itlogna maalat) in our refrigerator and pork, I think it’s boring if I only combine tomatoes and this one so I’ve come up with something that I like so much which I combined Salted egg, chopped onion and fried pork belly (liempo)
