  • 1 pc. small to medium or 1/2 pc. large upo, peeled, washed and sliced
  • 1 pack fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 1/2 lb cooked (by boiling) chicken meat, shredded
  • 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc. medium red onions, sliced
  • 1 pack Ginisa Mix
  • cooking oil for sautéing
  • Salt and Pepper to taste (may use fish sauce in lieu of salt)
