  • ½ small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 cups salted dried anchovies (dilis)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups water
