  • 3 Tali Ng Kangkong
  • 1 Bottle Of Oyster Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Kilo Of Fresh Oyster
  • 5 Cloves Of Garlic
  • 1 Medium Size Onion
  • 1/4 Butter Or 3 Tbsp. Of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Cup Of Water
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • Dash Of Pepper


    1. Steam mo muna yung shell, pag bukas ng shell kunin mo yung oyster.
    2. Minced your garlic and dice your onion.
    3. Tanggalin mo yung mga dahon ng kangkong with a few stem.
    4. In a heated pan, put in your butter or cooking oil, garlic, and onion wait for it to cook then put in your oyster after 5 mins. Put in your kangkong and put a lid on the pan.
    5. After another 5 mins. Pour a decent amount of oyster sauce, then pour in your water and wait for it to boil.
    6. Once the kangkong is cook lagyan ng salt and pepper to taste.
