Ingredients

  • 6 cup
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3. Take off the crust from the slice of bread then cut the bread into cubes.
  • 3 large bulbs
  • 1 medium white
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 285 ml single cream
  • 1 litre organic chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 large loaf ciabatta bread
  • 2 tablespoons sherry or white wine vinegar
  • 150 g whole blanched almonds
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoons
  • 10 minutes until really soft and translucent
