  • 250 g cooked chicken
  • 2 cups
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small carrot
  • 150 g frozen baby peas
  • 1 cup
  • 2 large free range egg
  • 1 TBS soy sauce
  • 3 to 4 spring onions, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced
