There are also few good recipes for steamingfish and the only ones I can remember on the top of my head is the Asian style steamed fish and the French papillote (well this is a different steaming method) now let’s add something to that mix the Steamed Cream Dory in Light Soy Sauce
Cream dory gets cooked pretty fast and steaming the fish longer than is required is not really good. Place the fishin a deep dish then pour the sauce over it, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil on top then garnish with fried garlic and spring onions
But one of the simplest but doable for me was the clams/mussels in the seafood creamsauce. Though I am sure mom and other people would have preferred the dish without the cream, I find it yummy
Ca Chien Sot Ca Chua is a Vietnamese style fried fish served in tangy tomato sauce, any fish can be used filleted or not but trust me it’s better not, and if you choose not filleted then I suggest eating it with rice without utensils
