  • 600 grams fillet mignon steak, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsps slurry
  • Water

  • 6-9 pcs marble potatoes, boiled until soft
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
