Ingredients

  • ½ lb pork belly, cut into ½ inch strips
  • ½ lb raw shrimps
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into strips
  • 20 pieces green beans, both ends trimmed then cut into strips
  • 1 pack pancit bihon
  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 4 cups (or 2 cans) chicken broth
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (use less if using regular soy sauce according to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5. Season with ground black pepper and soy sauce
  • 7. In the same wok or skillet, pour chicken broth and bring to a boil.
