  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup chopped kani (crab sticks), plus extra for garnish
  • ¼ cup cornstarch, dissolved in water
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
