  • 450 grams ground chicken
  • 125 ml oats
  • 90 ml crumbled feta cheese
  • 15 ml tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ml allspice
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 125 ml parsley, chopped
  • 2- In a large bowl mix the ground chicken, oats, feta cheese, tomato paste, garlic, allspice, salt and pepper.
  • 4- Place in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes, until no longer pink. Remove from oven.
  • 5- In a large saucepan place the meatballs. Cover with the tomato sauce, zest of lemon. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat to medium
