Ingredients

  • 115 g of elbow macaroni, uncooked (1 cup)
  • 60 g grated strong cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)
  • 1 large stalk celery, trimmed, de-stringed and chopped
  • 3 TBS finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 TBS finely chopped red onion
  • 55 g good quality mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
  • 30 g of sour cream (1/4 cup)
  • 2 TBS French Dressing (see recipe below)
  • 1 TBS sweet pickle relish
