  • 15 minutes or less you can make this delicious alternative to fried rice. A versatile recipe, you can add your favorite meat, veggies and adjust the taste to your liking
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil, divided
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 large cauliflower head, core removed, rinsed and dried
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce, or to taste (may sub with Salt instead)
