Ingredients

  • For the Buffalo Sauce
  • 125 ml of water (1/2 cup)
  • 125 ml of white vinegar (1/2 cup)
  • 125 g of tomato ketchup (1/2 cup)
  • 2 TBS liquid honey
  • 60 g of soft light brown sugar (1/4 cup packed)
  • 60 ml of hot sauce (I used Franks) (1/4 cup)
  • 75 ml of Worcestershire sauce (1/3 cup)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • black pepper to taste

  • You will also need
  • 1 small rotisserie chicken, meat shredded, skin and bones discarded (Will give you about 3 cups of chicken)
  • 6 brioche hot dog rolls, toasted
