  • 1 kg sirloin (cut into 100g each person)
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 pcs large fresh eggs
  • 2 pcs garlic cloves
  • 3. Then add garlic, onion and bell peppers into the beef until half way cooked.4. Place the bread at the bottom of the casserole, then add the beef and veggies and place it on the side. Leaving the center for the egg. Top it off with parmesan cheese.5. Place the casserole on an oven or a salamander to finish cooking the egg. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
