Ingredients

  • 1/4 kilo of beef tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 2 knobs of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup of oyster sauce
  • 3 cups of water
  • 10 to 15 minutes
  • 3 cups of water
