Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef sirloin, cut into 3 inch strips
  • 1 large red onion
  • 3 cloves
  • 1⁄4 cup
  • 1⁄2 cups
  • of soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 15 to 20 minutes over low heat or until meat is tender.Add water as needed.After simmering top the beef with the stir fried onion rings.Add salt and pepper to taste.Serve with steamed rice.Rating
