Ingredients

  • 3 large Beef Leg Bones; cut in half
  • 500 grms Beef Brisket; diced
  • 200 grms Beef Tendons; diced
  • ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 thumb sized Ginger; sliced
  • 1 packet Fresh Yellow Egg Noodles
  • 1 bunch Onion Leaves; chopped
  • 1 bunch Bokchoy
  • 3 large Red Onions; 2 quartered and 1 finely chopped
  • 3 liters Water
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • Patis
  • Toasted Garlic
  • Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
