This is my tipid version of beef and beans with tofu since tapa is cheaper than regular beef bought in the supermarket. Plus, it's easier and faster to cook and it's already seasoned. :-) I hope you'll like it..
Saute garlic and onions, add the tapa and mix well. Season with oyster sauce and simmer. Once thoroughly incorporated, add in the sliced Baguio beans. Wait for it to cook then season to your liking. Lastly, add the fried diced tofu.
Salt and pepper to taste. Haluin ng bahagya para ma-coat ng sauce ang lahat na piraso ng alimango. Sa mga panahon ng kuwaresma, pinipilit talaga naminghindikumain ng karne para isang maliit na sakripsiyo sa mga mahal na araw
I can truly say that my cooking skills have improved andbeing married for almost a year has made me realize that even if cooking is one of my passions, there would come a time that I would feel tired doing it, most especially if you're running of of dishes to prepare for your family
