Beans, Tofu and Tapa in Oyster Sauce

  • 1/2 kilo Baguio beans, sliced
  • 1/4 kilo Pampanga's Best Tapa
  • 6 pieces tofu, fried and cubed
  • 1 small sachet oyster sauce (I prefer Maggi)
  • 6 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi Magic Sarap seasoning


    This is my tipid version of beef and beans with tofu since tapa is cheaper than regular beef bought in the supermarket. Plus, it's easier and faster to cook and it's already seasoned. :-) I hope you'll like it..

    Saute garlic and onions, add the tapa and mix well. Season with oyster sauce and simmer. Once thoroughly incorporated, add in the sliced Baguio beans. Wait for it to cook then season to your liking. Lastly, add the fried diced tofu.
