Ingredients

  • 500 g or half a kilo of ground pork
  • garlic, chopped
  • onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of string beans, cut in 2 in long
  • 2 cups of squash, cut in cubes
  • 2 cups of malunggay leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine
  • cold water
  •  
  • Filliing
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup malunggay leaves
  • 4 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
