Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp of achuete in
  • 1/4 cup
  • of olive
  • 2 minutes Be careful not to over cook the achuete seeds as it will produce a bitter taste
  • 500 g penne or any pasta you like
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pc white onion, chopped
  • 20 g garlic, chopped
  • 250 g aligue
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 10 g spring onion, chopped
  • 2 pcs garlic bread
